Virtual Receptionist Pricing FAQs
What are minutes, and how are they calculated?
Virtual receptionist minutes is the time Apollo bills for. This includes when our team is talking to your customers, working inside of your apps, scheduling appointments, and post-call follow-up.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
If you go over your plan allowance, Apollo charges $2 for every minute over. If you notice you are constantly overcharged, we recommend switching up your plan.
Are there contracts or long-term commitments with your plans?
Absolutely none! Apollo just requires a minimum of 28 daysโ notice before canceling.
How often am I invoiced?
We charge for billing every 28 days or every 4 weeks.
How long does it take for each plan to get started?
For the Essentials plan, our team can be active and ready in about 48 hours. For the Professional and up plans, we recommend giving us a minimum of 4 business days, depending on the scope of work required. Once you complete the discovery call, weโll give you a more accurate estimate.
Do you round minutes?
Apollo does not round minutes up or down. We bill in exactly one-second increments, and there is no call minimum duration.
Are there any other fees I should know about?
No! We do not have any additional or hidden fees in Apolloโs pricing packages or throughout our entire process. We may need to charge a developer fee to work with an API, but this is discussed case by case.
